Car co-signer?

I have poor credit and need a co-signer. My grandmother is willing to co-sign; she has an excellent credit score (as good as it gets) but little income. Will she be approved as a co-signer if we have good income but bad credit?

1) If you have enough income and she has a good score and she co-signs you'll get the loan. Don't pay late and ruin grandmma's good credit score or you will rot in ****

2) They will use your income if needed to approve you. However, you can harm your grandmother's credit if you don't pay on time. Also...if she has limited income and co-signs for you, in the event she needs to borrow money for somthing that she normally would get given her income level...the amount of your loan will go against it. In other words, you could cause her problems. Just be sure to explain this to her.

3) Your income + grandma's good credit = loan approved. Please don't jack up your granny's good credit!

4) your focus is paying the Car note on time, if approved and you miss one to many payment they are coming after granny.

5) Your loan will be approved with granny as co-signer. But for the love of God, please do not ruin your granny's credit with poor credit habits. Pay the bill on time like your life depended on it! The road to hell is paved with plenty of good intentions, so MAKE SURE YOU PAY THE CAR NOTE ON TIME, no excuses. Your granny is giving you the most precious thing she has -- her credit. Prove to her that she made the right choice.
