Are there really people out there that let you take out loans in their name?

I was told that there are people that for a monthly payment, they will allow you to use their credit score to take out a loan. Has anybody done this? Where do you find these people? What do they actually require in return?

1) This is fraud. Fraud can get you in court and ultimately in jail. You use YOUR credit history to borrow money. It lying and stealing to use anyone else's.

2) First of all, you can not take out a loan on someones credit score. You have to provide your social security number on the loan application, this will then show YOUR credit score. It is also illegal to obtain a loan under fraudulant terms. PLUS, if someone does loan you money illegaly, then they will probably charge you and arm and a leg (and break them if you don't pay up)!

3) You'll prob find most in Nigeria or at the Post Office in pictures. C'mon you can't really believe what your saying is real and not a scam?

4) There are indeed lots of stupid people who use their credit to take out loans for other people. To find them all you have to do is come up with a good sympathetic tale that will convince them to help you out. I believe the term is being a player.
